Ugandan Coffee

We work with coffee farmers and supply partners across Uganda to develop reliable sources of Robusta and Arabica coffee for international buyers.

Uganda's coffee sector is largely built around smallholder farmers. Our role is to connect this production base to structured commercial demand while coordinating aggregation, quality management, preparation and export.

Depending on the product specification, the supply process can include harvesting, primary processing, drying, hulling, cleaning, grading, quality assessment, packing and export preparation.

Supply can be discussed against agreed specifications such as coffee type, grade, screen size, moisture, packaging, volume and destination. Availability and specifications are confirmed for each commercial enquiry.

Ugandan Cocoa

We work with cocoa-producing farming communities to aggregate and prepare cocoa beans for international buyers.

Cocoa quality depends significantly on what happens after harvesting. Our supply approach therefore pays attention to pod maturity, bean extraction, fermentation, drying, moisture management, sorting and storage.

We coordinate cocoa supply according to buyer requirements and seek to maintain consistency between production, post-harvest handling and final export lots.

Ugandan Vanilla

Vanilla is a specialized agricultural commodity requiring careful attention from cultivation through curing and conditioning.

We work with vanilla-producing farmers and supply partners to develop commercially suitable vanilla for international markets.

The value of vanilla is influenced by harvesting maturity, curing practices, moisture, appearance, aroma, bean length and overall condition.

Our supply chain therefore considers the complete journey from production and harvesting through curing, conditioning, grading, packaging and export.

Fresh Ugandan Avocado

We work with Ugandan farmers and agricultural partners to develop fresh avocado supply for selected international markets.

Fresh produce requires careful management because quality can deteriorate quickly when harvesting, handling, temperature and transportation are not properly coordinated.

Our process therefore considers maturity, harvesting, collection, sorting, grading, packaging, phytosanitary requirements, transport and the most appropriate logistics solution for the destination.

Oudh & Specialty Natural Products

We maintain a dedicated specialty natural-products line for Oudh and related natural wood products.

These products are managed separately from agricultural supply chains and are handled according to the specific characteristics, documentation, legality, quality requirements and destination-market conditions applicable to each transaction.
