From Ugandan Farms to Global Markets.

ROYALRING EXPORT & IMPORT CO. LTD is a Ugandan agricultural production and export company working with smallholder farmers, producer groups and agricultural partners to produce, aggregate, prepare and export quality agricultural commodities and selected natural products to international markets.

Our supply chain begins at the farm. We work with farmers and producer networks to understand production, harvest cycles, quality requirements and available volumes, then coordinate aggregation, post-harvest handling, quality control, packaging, documentation and logistics through to export.

From Uganda to international markets

Agricultural supply rooted at the source.

Headquartered in Kampala, Uganda, Royalring works at the intersection of agriculture, production, post-harvest management and international trade. We work with smallholder farmers, producer groups and agricultural partners across Uganda to develop reliable sources of agricultural products for international markets.

Our role extends beyond purchasing produce. We help organize supply, coordinate aggregation and post-harvest handling, prepare products for export and coordinate the documentation and logistics required for delivery. We aim to connect farmers with structured export markets where quality, traceability and market access work together.

A clear process from production to shipment.

The specific steps depend on the commodity, buyer requirements and destination; we coordinate the stages relevant to each shipment.

01

Market & Buyer Requirements

We begin by understanding the product, variety, grade, quantity, packaging, quality parameters, destination, delivery period and applicable trade terms.

02

Production Planning

We assess production availability within our farmer and producer networks and plan supply around crop calendars, harvest periods, expected volumes and buyer specifications.

03

Farmer & Producer Coordination

We work with farmers and producer groups to organize supply and communicate the quality and handling requirements relevant to the intended market.

04

Harvesting & Collection

Produce is harvested according to commodity-specific maturity and handling requirements and collected through designated supply channels.

05

Aggregation

Produce from participating farmers and production areas is consolidated into commercially viable lots while maintaining appropriate quality and source information.

06

Post-Harvest Handling

Depending on the product, this may include sorting, cleaning, grading, drying, fermentation, curing, conditioning, moisture control, ripening management and appropriate storage.

07

Quality Control

Products are assessed against the agreed specifications before being released for export preparation.

08

Export Preparation

Products are packed, labelled and prepared according to commodity requirements, buyer specifications and destination-market requirements.

09

Documentation

We coordinate the commercial, regulatory and transport documentation applicable to the shipment.

10

Inland Logistics

Cargo is transported from the production or processing location to the appropriate export consolidation, airport, border or port logistics point.

11

International Shipment

We coordinate cargo handover to the relevant carrier and provide shipment documentation and information required by the buyer.

12

Shipment Follow-Up

We remain engaged through the export and shipment process to support clear communication between Royalring, the buyer, logistics partners and other relevant parties.

From the farm to the final shipment, every stage is managed with the objective of protecting product quality, maintaining documentation integrity and giving our customers confidence in the supply chain.
Markets

Ugandan products. Global markets.

We are building commercial relationships between Ugandan agricultural production and buyers across Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Europe, according to product suitability and market requirements.
