We are based in Kampala and work with smallholder farmers, producer groups and agricultural partners across Uganda to develop reliable supply chains for international markets. Our business is built around a simple principle: quality for export must begin with quality at production level.
We therefore look beyond the final shipment and pay attention to production planning, harvesting, collection, post-harvest handling, quality management, aggregation, packaging, documentation and logistics. Through this approach, we seek to create a dependable connection between Uganda’s agricultural production base and international buyers.
Our Business Approach

Uganda’s agricultural sector is driven by millions of smallholder farmers producing across different regions, seasons and farming systems. This creates enormous opportunity, but production can be dispersed and quality and volumes can vary between suppliers. Our role is to help organize this production into a more structured commercial supply chain.
We work with farmers and producer networks to understand what is being produced, where it is produced, when it will be available and what quality the target market requires. We then coordinate the stages needed to turn that production into an export-ready commercial shipment.
